Daikin IoT Solutions

As a Project Manager Coherent Solutions, I worked on various projects for Daikin, a global leader in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. If there’s one thing I’ve learned about myself, it’s that I truly enjoy projects where software meets hardware - and this was no exception.

Our team developed IoT and cloud-based solutions that transformed the way intelligent HVAC equipment was monitored and managed. Even though my role was primarily managerial, I couldn’t resist rolling up my sleeves and getting hands-on with the engineering side. My office was often filled with various hardware, devices, and cables -maybe an unusual sight for a manager, but a setup I absolutely loved.

Looking back, this project was not just about technology but about innovation, teamwork, and the excitement of building something impactful.
