Uponor Client Control Network (CCN) System

As a Project Manager at Coherent Solutions, I led the development of a control system for Uponor, a Finnish manufacturer of underfloor heating solutions. This was the first full-cycle project I managed, and I truly enjoyed every aspect of it - from collaborating with the client and our team to working directly with real devices.

We successfully delivered the project on time and within budget, making it a great achievement. One of the most memorable moments was traveling to the client’s site for the production release. Visiting their manufacturing plant and seeing our system in action was an incredible experience, reinforcing the real-world impact of our work.
